Unless you are the kind of person who achieves their goals every single year, you are likely contemplating on how you are going to achieve goals you had before 2020 in 2024.

And if this you (definitely is me) there is nothing wrong with it and you likely fall into one or two categories.

  1. You have massive visions for yourself that you can’t put into specifics goals and you find yourself scattered.
  2. You know what you want and are even aware of what you have to do to get it but you feel overwhelmed by it all.

The journey matters more.

What you want to do is not focus too much on the results, but more so on the kind of person you are becoming in the process. Focus on continuous improvement.

You can’t improve what you don’t measure— Peter drucker.

Sadly most people who talk about New Year’s resolutions rarely talk about the resolution but place more emphasis on what they want.
