Let's be honest; once you start making your own money, It becomes damn near impossible to wait for anything or anyone else to save the day. It's not like I'm arrogant and feel that no one can help me, nor do I think I am not worthy of receiving help.

But honestly, If it were not for Medium, I'd be waiting for the rest of the world to push enough papers and waste enough time to get by.

• B.S non-paid marketing internships by business owners that represent the 90% that tend to go out of business or barely get by after 5–7 years; who want me, the inexperience person, to pull a miracle and make them millions, providing me with no mentorship, because they could not figure out the marketing and sales.
• Getting a job offer at the Amazon fulfillment center, only to be told that I have to wait about a month before my start date. And then waiting twice as long to get another temp job to stay on top of paying bills while waiting on my 1st day at Amazon.
• Businesses that are way too quick to collect my money for a million and one petty reasons but at the same time make me wait ten times as long to receive a refund.
